This is my most requested recipe for parties. Everyone is always stunned at how simple the ingredients are. If you are serving a large number of people, you may want to double the recipe, I have seen folks stumble over each other to reach the last weenie on the platter!

Pecan Upside-Down Cake

This little cake packs a lot of punch. The caramel topping really takes this simple cake and turns it into something fantastically delicious. It somehow manages to be simple and complex at the same time. I really liked this cake so much more than I had anticipated. And, trust me, I was pretty sure it was going to be good.

Bacon Egg Breakfast Cups

I’ve made breakfast cups before with toast, eggs and bacon. After making an easier version last week with egg and cheese, I thought Id try it again, but this time I wrapped them with bacon!Previously, the most time consuming part was cutting the toast, so this eliminates the toast portion. I didn’t really care for the toast in the cups anyway. I was always worried it would fall apart and I like my toast to be crunchy and hot straight out of the toaster oven.

Turbaconepicentipede – 10 Pigs Anus-to-Mouth

This Turbaconepicentipedefinds the group making 10 individual pigs, each one stuffed with a monumental turducken-inspired series of bacon grease stuffing, qual inside a cornish hen, inside a chicken, inside a duck, inside a turkey and covered in bacon strips. There are a lot of different apple pie camps. Not only is there debateover which apples to use granny smith, macoun, macintosh, golden delicious then theres the crust single crust, double crust, thick or thin crusts and then the topping Wheres a girl to start?Well for this girl at least, it starts with streusel. Not only does streusel make everythinginfinitelybetter, it gives this pie a welcome crunch that accents the soft apples and makes your mouth go wow. Not literally, of course, because then youd be spilling apple pie out of your mouth, and what a waste of apple pie that would be I dont care how shocked you are.

Thanks to a former White Castle employee, you can now enjoy the wholesomeness of a Thanksgiving Stuffing dish, with a White Castle twist. The secret ingredient is ten White Castle sliders.Heres what you need:10 White Castle Burgers (pickles removed)1 cup diced celery1 tsp ground sage1 tsp ground thyme1 tsp coarse ground black pepper cup of chicken brothShred the burgers into tiny bits and put them into a bowl with the diced celery, sage, thyme, and pepper. Mix it a few times, and add the chicken broth. Mix it some more, then stuff your stuffing into the turkey cavity right before you begin roasting it.

Sunday Brunch Cherpumple Pie Cake

Working in the Grand Geneva Resort pastry kitchen, I had some time to make a Cherpumple and serve it at Sunday Brunch. My Cherpumple weighed 21 lbs 10 oz and was seen by over 200 guests that Sunday. I was very pleased that it stayed standing until the final 1/8 was cut 4 hours after the first slice was taken. Will be doing this again.
